Shipping Policy
At Rajasi Silver, we are committed to delivering your order with utmost care and efficiency.
Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Timeline:
• Metro Cities: Expect your order within 3–5 business days.
• Other Locations: Delivery may take between 5–7 business days, depending on the location.
Shipping Charges:
• Shipping costs are chargeable and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Tracking Your Order:
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or Email to keep you updated on your delivery status.
• Please ensure your contact details are accurate to receive these updates promptly.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Unfortunately, COD is not available at this time. All orders must be prepaid.
We take pride in ensuring your jewelry arrives in perfect condition and with the elegance it deserves.
Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Rajasi Silver. While we do not accept returns, we offer an exchange option for customers who require a different size or design.
Exchange Window: Requests for exchanges must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Customized or engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping for Exchange:
• If you wish to exchange your jewelry, the shipping charges for returning the item and receiving the new one will be borne by the customer.
• Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
How to Request an Exchange:
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and details of the exchange request.
• Our team will guide you through the process and assist you with the next steps.
Please note: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly and ship out the replacement piece. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
