Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified after placement. please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. Generally, returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products.

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals. Store each piece separately in a dry, airtight box.
